No exaggeration, i came here two days ago and it was the best service I've received in my entire life. When I pulled up they were so welcoming and offered me a complimentary beverage, the list of options was full of variety. I was going to head to the gym after and i had my water bottle in hand so i did not take a beverage but it was so kind. This in my new go to spot for oil changes. Not only do I not have to get out of my car but I get free coffee while they do their thing. Another cool thing is they make it clear that they do not receive any commission on any upsell. They recommend a number of things and if you say no thank you they just leave it alone. No pushy sales people. Today my service guy was Benjamin and another gentleman. Didn't catch his name. They all seem very professional and they take pride in their job and they represent the company well.

Our car really needed service/an oil change. We hadn't serviced it in over a year because of Covid and we had just had a baby so we were strictly quarantining to prevent bringing anything home to baby. Saw this "drive thru" oil change on yelp and decided to try it since you don't have to get out of the car. Husband took the car there and was really impressed. 1st time coming here, called in for a full synthetic oil change & to get prices which were better then a few places I had called before. Once I pulled up the service was amazing!!!! The best team work I've ever seen in a shop. The communication was amazing. Ask if I wanted a complementary drink as I waited in my car (soda, water, coffee, & hot coco) Let me know everything they were doing and what I needed or what they recommend. Perfect place to get your oil changed! They break down the prices for you and answer any questions you have. They also offer you water and soda as you wait. I left with 3 cans of coke and a water bottle because When I asked if I could take one for my boy friend they didnt care.The wait time is not long at all and they do their job quick and efficient. Also thought I was going to have to pay like $100+ to get my oil change but I spent less than that and I even got the synthetic oil.

This was my first time trying Oilstop drive-through. When I arrived I noticed the facility was clean and kept the employees quickly greet you with a professionalism that I've never seen before in a garage. I want to give a special shout out to Johnny who is the manager at this location and I would also like to think Ernesto the gentleman who was maintaining my vehicle. These people are very grateful and polite I can't see much but I will definitely come back.
