Oil stop is very convenient and techs are professional. They check every fluids and make recommendations. No pressure and at least you know how your car is doing or what it needs.

$80 not with it. Other drive through places such as valvoline cost less. Other issue is when the associate asks all their questions and inquire about upsell opportunities no idea what they are talking about. Need to slow down to properly explain. Since I had no idea the answer was no to everything. Not coming back

Best Customer Service hands down. Prices are not too bad. Best of all you do not have to step outside your vehicle it's drive thru

All the employees are awesome and friendly, this is a great spot to go especially if you have the warranty on your car. It's fast, and yes they're gonna ask if you want extras but there is no pressure at all.

I usually go to Walmart which costs around $75 for my VW Eos. But the wait was 2+ hours on a Saturday when it was 97 degrees out. So I called the place next to where I get my tires here in Norwalk and they just happened to be a drive thru. When I got here I was immediately greeted by Francis (there's 2 of them), was offered a free drink, and directed where to go. I was in and out of the door in 30 minutes (at most). Got tired of spending $200 for oil change at the dealership. Went here for an oil change and I was impressed. Businesses should take a cue from this place. They changed my oil in record time and I wasn't pressured to buy anything as most oil change places do. I have found my new oil change location after spending so much at the "Stealership". I also got a free car wash which I used afterwards. Thanks guys.

This place tries to make you buy a bunch of extras that you don't really need. I just went for a simple oil change ($65) but if I would have gotten all the extras, I would have ended up paying more than $300. I like the convenience of it being drive-thru but I did not like all the up selling.
