This place is always top notch. Andrew and Ernesto make you and your vehicle feel like the most important in the Depot. They always ask about any additional treatments and make it 100% clear that there is no pressure. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get My HRV serviced.

I've always dreaded getting my oil change bc it usually takes 2-3hrs at my car dealership. I complained to my husband and so he searched on google and found this place. I called them to get a wait time and they said there isn't a wait time at the moment. We pulled up and we were the only customers so they started working on my car. It's OK if you need a fast oil change. I get it that they want to sell you more services even though they say that's not their intention but man they try. Other than that they do a good job
No exaggeration, i came here two days ago and it was the best service I've received in my entire life. When I pulled up they were so welcoming and offered me a complimentary beverage, the list of options was full of variety. I was going to head to the gym after and i had my water bottle in hand so i did not take a beverage but it was so kind. Love this place they do a good job and get the it done fast. Great customer service from all the techs.
This in my new go to spot for oil changes. Not only do I not have to get out of my car but I get free coffee while they do their thing. Another cool thing is they make it clear that they do not receive any commission on any upsell. They recommend a number of things and if you say no thank you they just leave it alone. No pushy sales people. Today my service guy was Benjamin and another gentleman. Didn't catch his name. They all seem very professional and they take pride in their job and they represent the company well.
Our car really needed service/an oil change. We hadn't serviced it in over a year because of Covid and we had just had a baby so we were strictly quarantining to prevent bringing anything home to baby. Saw this "drive thru" oil change on yelp and decided to try it since you don't have to get out of the car. Husband took the car there and was really impressed.
