Talk about a 180, this was the service I was expecting the last time I went. Tyrone a man of his word, honored the voucher I lost for a free oil change. The service was on point and informal to its best capacity. Well done to the team there in Norwalk, CA.
This is my second time coming here. They all are very professional and welcoming. I would rather pick this place over my car dealership. Tyrone is so amazing I love coming to this place seeing him. He walks around always smiling and making sure that the customer was taking care of that is what a manager suppose to be. Ernesto and the assistant manager Andrew is also welcoming. I almost always go to Oilstop to get my oil changed and this location has been the best experience yet. I was quickly greeted as soon as I pulled up and despite it being pretty busy someone came over and checked in with what I needed abs offered me a complimentary beverage. I know right ... how nice. I enjoyed my hot chocolate while I waited for them to start my oil change. Went for an oil change. They do their inspections they recommended to changing air engine filters my car has two they replaced both. On one housing they broke both latche where clip is suppose to hold together On another one one clip was broken in total they broke 3 of the hinges for 4 clips. few weeks later my check engine light turned on and I reached out to them but they didnt want to take responsibility for something they did
The convenience of not having to get out of your vehicle is nice and all of the technicians are friendly. It is a little pricey and they will try to sell you everything they have, but it is no different than any other oil change spot that I have been to in that regard. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Let me be honest, the price is high, but the customer service is great! Don't feel pressured to buy extras. I would come again, mainly because the men working here are great to look at hehe
Gamechanger! No need to get out of the car. No one needs to get into your car. Just drive in and they quickly change your oil. Meanwhile, they offer you a beverage, clean you windshield, check your tire pressure and check your door hinges. Loved the experience!

Great customer service (from all four gentlemen who worked on my car, they were all delightful and really fun/funny!), good prices and fast service. I will definitely be coming back for my next oil change!
