I sent my employee to get an oil change done. They charged more than $110 for the "oil change only". Every other place is about $ 50 ~ $70 with synthetic oil. They clearly overcharged. I should have not sent my employee here.
After a terrible experience elsewhere, I found this spot on yelp. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, before they did it. They offer all these extras, but also start off with, "don't feel obligated to say yes." I'm extremely happy with the service they performed on my car and will definitely come back next time I need my oil changed.
I was really surprised how awesome they were at this oil change place! I actually had oil that I had bought where my friend was going to change the oil for me. Unfortunately they weren't able to change the oil so this place actually let me use my own oil which was expensive oil. They just charge me $40 to change the oil and it was awesome!
They over due it on tryna sell you some else you can't strictly go for what you want lol no offense , it's kinda annoying maybe offer couple of things but they can't take "no it's fine thank you " oil changes never took me 45 minutes to do (starting time from when I drove up to the panel and left)
Wow, I don't understand why I was wasting my time (usually 3-4 hours) at a dealer when I could've just been driving 2 mins from home to get such friendly customer service and not to mention fast and efficient service! Thank you to Andrew (assistant manager) and his team today for a wonderful experience! I was also offered a beverage while I waited and also received a free car wash. Looking forward to these easy hassle free oil changes from now on, no more wasting my time at a dealer.
This was my first time getting my new car serviced. I originally had an appointment scheduled to get it served at my CarMax dealership but came to this place because it is minutes from my house. BIG MISTAKE. I was told ahead of time it was an oil change (I foolishly agreed to the most expensive kind), top off of fluids, tire pressure check and car wash. Sitting there was one giant up sell. Wow wow wow! We came to visit some family in the area and needed an oil change, found this place and I can not rave enough about their customer service! I swear you felt like royalty here, immediately offered us a hot/cold beverage, explained any recommendations to us and didn't pressure us or treat us different Bc we didn't choose to move forward with the recommendations. Literally THE BEST service I've ever had from any establishment ever. The men here are literal angels, not to mention super hunky and gentlemanly. So extremely satisfied with my oil change today. I'm sure if I asked for a spare kidney they would have obliged. You need to go here. Right now.
