George greeted me and gave me a cold bottle of water. He was nice and very thorough. Walked me through all the steps. Cory, the assistant manager did the service. He was friendly and also very thorough. They let you know what your car needs and if you don't want to have any other services done you don't have to. They give you the information and ask if you want the service and if not, they don't try and pressure you like some other places do. That was refreshing. I highly recommend this place. I went to this place for an oil change for the first time and it was great. I would give them more stars if I can but you guys really should go and give it a try. They offer you free beverages, they check your car to see if anything needs changes . This will now be the place I will change my oil. Price is good

So I picked up my 2013 Kia Soul from the dealership after it was repaired. While they were checking the car to see what needed to be repaired, I told the service rep to check if I needed to change transmission gasket because I was told by Oilstop technician it was leaking. I was so shook by the service it was the best customer service I have ever received in my life. They explained everything with a smile , they offered products with no pressure of course , and it was QUICK. I can't believe I just sat in my car while they did the work! They all seem to work together great as a team and I'm glad I got to use my Yelp coupon! I was also happy they gave me a water bottle because I forgot mine at home. Will be coming back
