So I picked up my 2013 Kia Soul from the dealership after it was repaired. While they were checking the car to see what needed to be repaired, I told the service rep to check if I needed to change transmission gasket because I was told by Oilstop technician it was leaking. I was so shook by the service it was the best customer service I have ever received in my life. They explained everything with a smile , they offered products with no pressure of course , and it was QUICK. I can't believe I just sat in my car while they did the work! They all seem to work together great as a team and I'm glad I got to use my Yelp coupon! I was also happy they gave me a water bottle because I forgot mine at home. Will be coming back

George was great. Not pushy at all he explained all the needs of my car at the time of service. He offered me an Ice cold soda, and he even did the windows while they were changing my oil. At the end of the service He a gave me a report of recomended fixes that he had already covered with me during my visit. There are a lot of choices to get my oil changed but because of the outstanding service I received from George today I will be back. And I will tell my friends..
This is my fourth time coming back and they always treat you the same very nice friendly and attentive I do highly recommend this place for an oil change I've never been dissatisfied with their service at all ... They work as a team
