Came here for an oil change and transmission fluid change and they were super quick and kind. They offer you a drink while you wait. Shoutout to manager Fidel and his team today for the awesome and great service. This is the only place I come to and for good reason because they are the best.

What an experience!! Customer service at its finest! German was extremely professional and courteous, very well spoken, and friendly. The entire crew was really fast and efficient and kept me informed. There was a bit of an oversell on all of the extras but once again it did not come across as overly pushy and Jessie was friendly and gave me some good info on things that need attention. I've been changing my own oil with my dad for years. This is the first time I've come gotten my oil change elsewhere, so obviously came with my own worries. But the team was amazing - Imari was wonderful at walking and talking me through their process here, very transparent about what was going on. What in the world! Truly amazing service-- i would have NEVER expected this level of attentiveness and service from an oil place. I arrived this Saturday -- i had a gentleman by the name of German Walk up to my vehicle within 3 seconds TOPS. He was very professional, explained everything very thoroughly, offered me a complimentary beverage and told me to hang tight and it was going to be approximately 15 min until I receive service. I've been here to "OILSTOP" a few times and Fidel and his team were and are absolutely "THE BEST"!!. The team is quick, but efficient. They don't miss a beat they communicate with each other and the customer they explain the work performed, make recommendations, if needed, "THEY DO NOT" gouge the customer on pricing or unnecessary additions.
