This place is amazing! I highly recommend. All of the employees are excellent and phenomenal with their delivery of education of my vehicle and everything they do before they do it. I even got a free cold beverage! Added bonus. They're so humble and efficient with their service it's very thorough and the first time I came here they spotted a nail in my back tire and advised me to get it fixed. I was first introduced to this Oilstop location about ten years ago, and I remember the high quality of customer service and reasonable price for their service. When it came time for my mom's 20-year-old car to get an oil change, I didn't hesitate to go to Oilstop. We aren't familiar with car maintenance, but Fidel and Jessie took care of us like this car was their own. Came here for an oil change and transmission fluid change and they were super quick and kind. They offer you a drink while you wait. Shoutout to manager Fidel and his team today for the awesome and great service. This is the only place I come to and for good reason because they are the best.

What an experience!! Customer service at its finest! German was extremely professional and courteous, very well spoken, and friendly. The entire crew was really fast and efficient and kept me informed. There was a bit of an oversell on all of the extras but once again it did not come across as overly pushy and Jessie was friendly and gave me some good info on things that need attention. I've been changing my own oil with my dad for years. This is the first time I've come gotten my oil change elsewhere, so obviously came with my own worries. But the team was amazing - Imari was wonderful at walking and talking me through their process here, very transparent about what was going on.
