What in the world! Truly amazing service-- i would have NEVER expected this level of attentiveness and service from an oil place. I arrived this Saturday -- i had a gentleman by the name of German Walk up to my vehicle within 3 seconds TOPS. He was very professional, explained everything very thoroughly, offered me a complimentary beverage and told me to hang tight and it was going to be approximately 15 min until I receive service. I've been here to "OILSTOP" a few times and Fidel and his team were and are absolutely "THE BEST"!!. The team is quick, but efficient. They don't miss a beat they communicate with each other and the customer they explain the work performed, make recommendations, if needed, "THEY DO NOT" gouge the customer on pricing or unnecessary additions. Great customer service. Everyone here is very perisonalble, good quality work, & takes pride in their work. Work space is so clean & organized, & the way the team communicates you can tell they all have respect for each other. A little pricy but beats doing it myself.

I went there yesterday as a first time customer. I was really pleased with the great customer service. The other Yelp reviews are very accurate! I would definitely be back to OilStop in Torrance and will definitely mention my experience to friends and family. Shout out to Imari and Brandon for working on my car. They even helped me with resetting some notifications on my display dash screen.

This place is amazing with a staff that goes above and beyond the call of duty. I recently changed the oil onmy own vehicle (it has been awhile), and needed to drop off the used motor oil. All the staff there were incredibly helpful and kind. I highly recommend them!

I love this place. They are very friendly and they take care of car like it's their car. They fix my back brakes. I went back a week later and got my tires and front brakes fixed. I highly recommend this place. They are work fast and efficient. They don't break your bank. They have great prices as while.
