I highly recommend this business. They offer you a beverage (water, soda, or coffee) as soon as you pull in, wash your windshield, check your tire pressure, and lube the hinges on all of your doors. All services I have not experienced before while getting an oil change. They don't push their products too hard and are super friendly, fast, and professional. I wish I remembered all of their names, but shoutout to Brandon who first helped me. Thanks guys!
Consistently great and thorough yet swift service. Gerald was professional and thorough. Appreciate the complimentary water bottle while waiting.
The service was fast, but holy cow, these guys wouldn't quit pushing extra crap on me! Normally, I stick with my mechanic for car maintenance, but I was in a hurry this time. Big mistake. At this oil change joint, three techs swarmed me like car salesman sharks, trying to upsell me on everything but a new personality. First and last time I'll deal with that circus.
Horrible service today, what happened? Mission statement? No pressure statement? Skipping service? Wow! Fix this!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I'm so upset! I usually go to a different location and swear by this place. But NOT THIS LOCATION! I never have an issue with service. Today, I apologized and said I was doing the basic service. Isaac gave me the speech that they are not sales people, etc... Then he goes to the front of my car and tell the other guy I'm only doing the basic service so moves on to the next car. I always feel that they've gone above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They're customer-service oriented and pay attention to detail!! They are the best!!
I got my very first service here today. The staff were very nice and patient with my lack of knowledge about cars. I love seeing hardworking young people--I'll definitely go back again :)
