As soon as I arrived all technicians were very friendly. I spoke to Fidel beforehand and he gave me an excellent quote for an oil and transmission fluid change. They were very organized and worked quickly. Gustavo kept me informed throughout and gave recommendations for my Honda that were urgent and what could wait. I will definitely be coming back!

I've been coming here for years! Oil Stop has consistently provided very good fluid change services over the years for me, so I'm surprised I haven't written a review yet. I am not the best at recognizing faces but I think most of the crew has changed up by now, but they still do a great job. Everything's pretty much exactly the same as it was when I first came for an oil change in 2015, including offering coffee/water/soda. One stop shop! I drove right in after dropping the kids at school and they began working on my car immediately. They explained a lot of what they were doing and checking for. They offered a lot of upgrades for extra charge which I mostly declined, besides the two filters that they showed me and really needed replacing. There was never any pressure or weird reactions when I declined the offers. I'll definitely be coming back here for my next oil change.

Been coming here for a few years. Every time the service is 10/10. The business I work for has a fleet of 7 vehicles and they are all serviced here because of their reliability and honestly.

Updating from 5 to 2 stars. This happened several years ago now, but they overfilled my coolant and caused thousands of dollars of damage. Stick to oil changes at this place. The technician was 19 and didn't know what he was doing. He experimented on the wrong car, ended up having to sell the vehicle because of the damage caused.

Excellent service! Drove up last Thursday morning and they took me immediately; didn't even have to exit the vehicle. NO appointment necessary (unlike at the Boys-where you have to wait 90 minutes before they take you even with appointment scheduled). Competitively priced even without coupon. Full service too. Checked all the fluids and tire pressures, washed exterior windows and cleaned wiper blades, even oiled door hinges. Asked several times if I wanted a cold beverage. Went to have my oil changed at Oilstop yesterday and although it's a bit more expensive than what I normally spend it was well worth it. The service from their employees were amazing. I had windshield wipers and a new engine filter which they changed for free. Gave me other options to prolong the life of my car (i didn't do them on this trip and I never felt pressured). The employees were very courteous and professional and fast. Highly recommended!

Everyone was so nice! Fidel Ramirez, the manager, was so patient and explained everything to me. He answered all my questions and was very nice and made it so easy! Definitely will return for another oil change!
