Great place always getting job done,amazing customer service almost as amazing as the work they do,their techs know what they are doing.
I came here to get my oil changed because a friend recommended them. It was a great experience from start to finish. I love that I could stay in my car the whole time. The first thing thing they did was bring me a cold drink, and asked if I wanted another for the road when it was all finished. Fidel was friendly, honest and respectful and helped me turn off the service reminder light on the dashboard. Thank you for making a dreaded chore pleasant. I'll be back when the dashboard says I'm due for the next oil change!
I have not written a yelp review in a loooong time, but I had to do it here. This place has the most exceptional service I've ever been given. Pedro, Felipe and Santiago are extremely professional and will help you through the entire process oil change. Really happy I found this place, will not be going anywhere, but here. Thank you Pedro, Felipe and Santiago for the greatest service.

Been an Oilstop customer for a long long time. What I really like about them is regardless of what store you go to (I'm originally from the Bay Area and used to get my car serviced there), they have records of what services you have had, what you're due for, or how much longer before you are due for it again. And while I'm not dumb with cars, I'm not the most experienced with them either. Great service! Wow I'll definitely be coming here always. The workers are so kind. Fidel especially was really knowledgeable, professional, and really had amazing customer service.
Every interaction I had with their employees was so nice! Especially Oscar! He explained everything he was doing, what it meant, and showed me everything. They were amazing with offering things that my car needed without pushing me to buy anything I didn't want. Awesome service and I'll be back again!

Saturday February 25,2023. Darren and his staff (# 0590 Green Bay, WI) went above and beyond to make sure we got the best service for a great price. They explained all the steps taken to get the job correctly. I returned 5 minutes later with my girlfriends Explorer and they in informed me she was very low on radiator fluid. Great job store # 0590!
I'm still sitting in the car as I write this. Fidel has been nothing but informative and helpful for real. Even put air in my tires to make sure all were the correct pressure. Not sure what the privileged 1 star lady complaining about a rag on her exhaust was talking about. At the end of the day she was happy with the oil change. This is a great spot to bring your car. In NBA Terms: Oil Stop is Austin Reaves for the Lakers. I didn't expect them to go for 30 today. Great job my guys.

Fidel was quick. He moved from car to car keeping things moving. Also keep me informed of what he was doing do my vehicle. Another tech was under the vehicle, but didn't get his name. He was quick under car changing the oil and came up to clean the windows. A third guy moved between cars, but was kind of slow, compared to the others, maybe learning? Either way, great job team.
