The team of gentlemen servicing my car were incredibly polite and thorough, as well as, patient, explaining everything in detail to me, while trying to save me as much money as possible.
The oil change was what you'd expect, an oil change. They're always trying to upsell you on all things liquid. I think the service at this location that I've been going to for years has gone down hill. They used to do so many more inspection points, I think they have halved them. I never had to ask to have the windows cleaned, but had to this time. For a basic oil and filter change plus a $20 add on with a coupon was almost $100. I think that's way too much for the services I received.
Went in for a quick 8,000mile oil change, no BS. Joshuah & Santiago were instantly welcoming and got right to work. Service was top notch and quick, they value your time, offer beverages and show/tell you everything they are going to do and tell you what they offer and suggest. Thanks guys!!
This is my go to spot to get my oil change. I'm always getting amazing service, big shout out to Marik and Brandon for the attentiveness and courtesy!
Their service was top tier! Everyone was so helpful, polite and efficient. My Aunt was with me at the time of service and she was blown away herself. You guys definitely have a returning customer and a new one as well. I'm so glad I came.
As soon as I arrived all technicians were very friendly. I spoke to Fidel beforehand and he gave me an excellent quote for an oil and transmission fluid change. They were very organized and worked quickly. Gustavo kept me informed throughout and gave recommendations for my Honda that were urgent and what could wait. I will definitely be coming back!
Never been on a drive thru oil change first time doing it and man these guys are good. Professional at its best. Fast and easy.
