I LOVE these guys!!! I went to Valvoline and there was a line and so I decided to just drive the extra couple miles and head over to Oilstop.... As usual, I was greeted by a smiling and friendly tech named Angel. He asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. He welcomed me back and proceeded to explain the who process. This is the best oil stop / drive through oil change I've been to. The manager John was awesome. Super knowledgeable and helped explained issues with my car without pressuring me to spend more money! It was very busy when I went and they were able to get me in and out in no time. The way he was able to lead his guys and help out while being packed was unbelievable.
Leo and Anthony were awesome! They are the best! They are considerate, thoughtful, I don't feel pressure to do any of the services, the team is so friendly to customers and to each other. This place is reliable! I got an oil change, power steering, automatic transmission, coolant, and 4WD! I need to make sure my car is ready for a few upcoming road trips as my car is getting a little bit older. I highly recommend getting your car serviced here!
Not a pleasant experience. The loud, sing-songy military style back and forth dialogue between the employees had a chance to be charming if the service was sharp and prompt. Instead it was odd and annoying. When I pulled up the employee spoke inaudibly, had to ask him to repeat himself twice. Then he asked if I wanted coffee while I waited which was nice, but he asked if I wanted cream, I said yes, and he brought over lukewarm black coffee then disappeared. So for those whose never been here, I highly do not recommend because they will try and upsell you hardcore. The only reason why I came here was because of I was running behind on time and thought this would be quick without an appt. As I drove up, there was a car in front of me, so I had to wait about 40 min until it was my turn. The only reason for the additional star is because I didn't have to get out of my car.
