Not a pleasant experience. The loud, sing-songy military style back and forth dialogue between the employees had a chance to be charming if the service was sharp and prompt. Instead it was odd and annoying. When I pulled up the employee spoke inaudibly, had to ask him to repeat himself twice. Then he asked if I wanted coffee while I waited which was nice, but he asked if I wanted cream, I said yes, and he brought over lukewarm black coffee then disappeared. So for those whose never been here, I highly do not recommend because they will try and upsell you hardcore. The only reason why I came here was because of I was running behind on time and thought this would be quick without an appt. As I drove up, there was a car in front of me, so I had to wait about 40 min until it was my turn. The only reason for the additional star is because I didn't have to get out of my car. I had came down to socal to visit a friend, noticed oil was leaking from the car saw a puddle of oil, had thought the plug was cracked and would need a full oil change that would've costed me but Johnny and one of the techs there were honest and just said drain plug was loose and i had just lost couple quarts oil that's it. Would definitely recommend this fast and honest place to get your oil changed.
To say this place is outstanding is an understatement. The way the team communicates and the service they provide is top tier.... The best. They even gave my dog a biscuit!!! Lol Thank you for your service and hospitality!!!!

I went to do my oil change on my car, I really don't know anything about cars and they explained everything for me. Everyone is so helpful and friendly, they checked my car and helped me out with everything not just my oil change:)
