This review is particularly for a young gentleman named Leo. I came in to do a full transmission flush and power steering flush three weeks ago and I noticed that my car was making a more whiny noise than when I brought it in. I knew something was wrong and so I decided to stop by oil stop and I had a concern if they would try to upsell me or blame my car in any way for their inadequate service. Andreas and Johnny and the rest of guys today we're AMAZING!!!! We got a European synthetic oil change for our Mercedes. We will also be back for our Camaro and BMW. I has calle da head and Andreas was so helpful on the phone. The team environment and consistency throughout all the staff was nothing but positive, happy and respectful vibes. Just had my oil changed today and it was such a great experience that I had to come on here and leave a review. The whole staff is amazing . Such a great vibe between all of them . Super helpful and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions. Will recommend to all my friends and family. Great job guys!!!!!!! I love seeing workers do their job with so much love .

This was probably the BEST experience I've had getting my oil done. Such a GREAT energy!!! They all work together so well and they seem to really enjoy their job. I will continue coming back to this location as long as I live in this area!!!
OH MY GOD!!! Outrageous.....Never again! The manager and his staff are THE most dishonest people I have ever dealt with in my life. How they can sleep at night knowing they are scamming people, (specially ladies with no car stuff background). Took my daughter's (older) car there to just do a simple oil change (with the "$20 coupon" they sent me in the mail) and ended up getting charged over $150 for everything they "recommended" and when I came home I found out that their price for each item is literally double (if not more)... read more
Super quick and easy oil change. The guys are very professional and have good team work between each other and communication with you. Andres and Anthony helped me out and they provided great service with lots of extras like washing windshield, lubricating doors, topping fluids and tire pressures. Highly recommend !
I've been coming here for many years and they only hire the very best mechanics. Super knowledgeable, extremely honest, cold water or coffee when you arrive, through diagnosis of my truck every time! They go above and beyond with their customer service and the manger is the nicest person you will ever meet. I can't say one bad thing and I've been here 15 times or more. Thank you for whoever runs this establishment!
I LOVE these guys!!! I went to Valvoline and there was a line and so I decided to just drive the extra couple miles and head over to Oilstop.... As usual, I was greeted by a smiling and friendly tech named Angel. He asked if I wanted anything to drink while I waited. He welcomed me back and proceeded to explain the who process.
