I went to this carwash because someone crashed my car yesterday and left an ugly mark on the front bumper, making it an eyesore to look at. So I asked them if they can make it look bearable at the very least since it looked bad. The guy that you would pull up to told me he'll do the best he can of scraping it without chipping off the paint. It ended up looking great! A lot better than I expected. I absolutely LOVE this place! They're always very polite, they make cute, funny faces at Kalena to make her laugh. They never pressure me in buying anything I don't want to, I give them a dollar amount that I can budget, they fix the problems without even touching that limit. My car is in great shape, and they keep track of everything they put into my car to let me know how she's doing. I get an email when it's time to get an oil change and they're quick! This place seems to be like THEEE car wash spot in Santa Fe. Friendly service, clean waiting facility, and lots of options of air refresheners available for purchase. They are not very fast, but it's worth the wait because they are thorough with their cleaning.

I travel from Las Vegas a couple of times a year to visit my sister and my vehicle is usually all full of bugs and very dirty.....my first stop is the car wash. I stopped last time at Squeaky Clean and I was appalled at the lousy job they did inside and out. This time I visited oil stop and was very impressed with the quality of service I received.....bugs removed, inside was very clean....tires dressed. I read all of the reviews, found that the jiffy lubes didn't get very good reviews, so I gave the Oilstop a try. I was not dissapointed. Yes, they do offer you other products for your car, often showing you the fluids they took from your car. But there isn't any pressure. Some of the offers make sense to me so I agreed. Best place I've ever found to get my oil done. They're friendly and professional, and they don't pressure you into getting anything you don't need. Plus the oil change comes with a free car wash.

This places takes the time to do the interior properly. They do a good job on the exterior using air hoses to remove excess water. The prices are fair.

I have a Toyota Prius and I recently went in to get my first other than dealer oil change. Oil Stop charges about $30 more than the Toyota dealer. They charge $25 to remove a plate to change the oil? Bad deal for Prius owners. Also, since the price went up on their car washes I will no longer use Oil Stop for anything. Worst deal in Santa Fe.

I will preface any negative comments with the fact that no more than three oil changes in the past five years have been performed by another service provider. My mother and my girlfriend are customers as well, per my suggestion. I have never had any problems before, but I will add that I never get any extra services.
