This was my first time having an oil service at this location, where I have gotten my car washed many times and been equally satisfied. The level of customer service was truly unparalleled! Ben could not have been nicer as he walked me through everything being done to my Volkswagen. Scoundrels. Here's my story, briefly. I needed an oil change in Santa Fe and never having had one before in this town I turned to Yelp. This place had good reviews and even better had a coupon. So I drove in and pulled up behind the one car in front of me. I pulled out the Yelp coupon and asked the guy if he took it and he said yes and stuck in under my wiper. I didn't expect to be writing a review about my oil change but feel compelled to do so. The experience was the best I ever had with auto service. The employees were incredibly friendly and very professional. The procedure ran like a clock which gave me with a lot of confidence. Everything was checked, recommendations were made and both the vehicle and myself left very satisfied. Looking forward to my next service with Oilstop!

Everyone's so nice! Service is fast and easy. Will come back for sure! They are slightly more expensive then say Jiffy Lube but with the yelp coupon and considering the clean your car it's not so bad!

Best oil change service I've ever experienced. Friendly, professional, efficient, thorough. Ben was so professional and such a gentleman. I used the $12 car wash credit toward a super-great carwash afterwards. I like this place a lot. I'll be back!

I'm a guy that appreciates good customer service and a job well done (who doesn't?) and this place is so, so good at that. You drive in, get an oil change along with a drink of your choice, drive out and get a free outside car wash. Everyone is super nice and professional and extras are always offered but never pushed. I'm really digging it and am glad I found it given that I'm currently on a long road trip and it's easy to get swindled by some "lube" place. Go there!

Got the $11.99 exterior wash and it was quick and worth the money. The staff was friendly and efficient. There were a good amount of customers, but they still got the job done quickly.

My husband is very happy to have found this place. He has taken both of our vehicles there. The staff is professional, courteous and not pushy. Happy customers are repeat customers so we will return. Another treasure in Santa Fe!

Love, love, love this place! I've been coming here for about a year, once a month or every 6 weeks because of the rate of my travel. Ben and Bill are always so very helpful and get me in and out in a snap! I love the discounted car wash that I receive with my oil changes as well. I'd like to also note that they aren't pushy when it comes to the extras. They let me know what is due when and let me decide what to do. I highly recommend the excellent service AND sitting in your car while the service is being done!
