Very attentative, great service
Always friendly and courteous. They say their required lines, but manage not to be too stiff about it. They have never been condescending, even when I've had to ask what they meant or to explain something to me again. My car hasn't had any problems since I started taking it to Oil Stop.

I've been going to Oil Stop for years now and just can't understand why the cost of an oil change has gone up soo much and the kicker was that now you have to pay for the actual oil filter, plus, other "incidentals" ?!?! So, after all was said and done, and even with a 30% off, I still had to pay $108.00! I must say that the service members did a great job!
Long wait in garage Point of sale was annoying and pushy charge for 1 extra qt was outrageous
they forgot to reset my service engine light
