I have gotten two oil changes in the past few times and both have been phenomenal! I will definitely come here next time I need oil! Quick, reliable, friendly. Also I needed to change the blulb in my headlight and Ben was nice enough to show me how! He's incredibly pleasant to work with.

OK first of all hard to rate them because they did do a good job cleaning most of my car but they didn't do what I requested or didn't do the quality that I requested.... I I came to get my car detailed on the inside mainly because I had a friend vomit all over the front passenger seat and floor and I had previously washed most of it out but the stench I couldn't get out so I went here told them the situation and that I don't care about the outside or anything I just wanted them to clean the odor and any other chunks on the ... read more

This was my first time having an oil service at this location, where I have gotten my car washed many times and been equally satisfied. The level of customer service was truly unparalleled! Ben could not have been nicer as he walked me through everything being done to my Volkswagen. He and Bill were informative and helpful as they went through 33 different service inspections, and never once did I feel pressured or coerced into buying a service. Scoundrels. Here's my story, briefly. I needed an oil change in Santa Fe and never having had one before in this town I turned to Yelp. This place had good reviews and even better had a coupon. So I drove in and pulled up behind the one car in front of me. I pulled out the Yelp coupon and asked the guy if he took it and he said yes and stuck in under my wiper. I didn't expect to be writing a review about my oil change but feel compelled to do so. The experience was the best I ever had with auto service. The employees were incredibly friendly and very professional. The procedure ran like a clock which gave me with a lot of confidence. Everything was checked, recommendations were made and both the vehicle and myself left very satisfied. Looking forward to my next service with Oilstop!

Everyone's so nice! Service is fast and easy. Will come back for sure! They are slightly more expensive then say Jiffy Lube but with the yelp coupon and considering the clean your car it's not so bad!

Best oil change service I've ever experienced. Friendly, professional, efficient, thorough. Ben was so professional and such a gentleman. I used the $12 car wash credit toward a super-great carwash afterwards. I like this place a lot. I'll be back!
