Super fast, friendly service. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, but I was given extra information in case I changed my mind. Thank you for a pleasant experience (how often do you say that about an oil change??)!
I loved this place when I lived in Santa Fe. 10 years later as a visitor and it's still the best! Ben and Tony took great care of me. Knowing I had a long trip home ahead of me they took an extra thorough look at my vehicle and found several issues my regular mechanic had just recently overlooked. They quickly and expertly fixed them to send me safely on my trip. I trust and respect these guys and I will visit them every time I come back to Santa Fe.
I can't believe I'm reviewing an oil change station. But this place really is great. Add to what others have said: Drive in (I had no wait at all), stay in car, they offer you something to drink (no coffee, but hardly a complaint), and get to work. Sure, they offer you things that may or may not be really needed for your car, but ZERO pressure. And when they know it's unnecessary, they don't even try. Been there 3 times all for the car wash. The best I've found in town by far, but not perfect. 1) My first time there, we had to request for them to go back over the outside with their towels because there was still dirt all around the painted areas at the bottom of the doors and above the wheel wells. They promptly and courteously took care of it. Just wish I didn't have to ask. 2) Second time there, exact same thing. This place is a charm. Skip the next Jiffy Lube you see and go here. The service was brilliant; I got all my tires filled in for an inclusive treat. My sister and I had hot cider and cocoa (although the cocoa was a bit watery, cider was the bomb). I felt like I was a queen for brief moments ... The price was super reasonable - $35 something for some synthetic oil my car needed (it's pretty fancy). I have gotten two oil changes in the past few times and both have been phenomenal! I will definitely come here next time I need oil! Quick, reliable, friendly. Also I needed to change the blulb in my headlight and Ben was nice enough to show me how! He's incredibly pleasant to work with.
OK first of all hard to rate them because they did do a good job cleaning most of my car but they didn't do what I requested or didn't do the quality that I requested....
