Courteous and VERY professional staff. Offered us a beverage while we waited in our car. They were outstanding and quick, and gave us a free car wash after the oil change. The only downside is that, since you're sitting right there while they work, they will try to upsell you on absolutely everything. However, they aren't pushy at all and if you tell them no once they drop the subject. Wish we had a place like this in my hometown, I would be a regular customer and my car would always have its oil change done right on time.
First off, the pricing is much higher than the national average for car washes. But my wife had looked at reviews and said this one had great reviews, so I bit the bullet and bought the $29.95 wash (almost $33 after tax) - their cheapest "exterior only" wash was $18.95! Yelp to the rescue. They do a great job!! They use compressed air with the towels to get all the dirt. Wow
I've taken my van for a cleaning twice now... Half-ass at the best. Quick inside wipe down with large amounts of dust still covering surfaces, garbage left, etc. Not impressed. It wouldn't take anymore time for thoroughness.

Great service...choice of beverages and you can relax in your car while service is being done. Bill was very courteous and friendly. All my fluids were checked and filled and any service recommended was offered but not pushed. There is a $10 off coupon on yelp and that brings the price down to $31.00.... A very pleasant and efficient experience!
Finally! I found a great car wash in Santa Fe! The staff was friendly and attentive. And most importantly my car came out clean inside and out! And, during my visit there was a poor stray dog hanging around and the staff called animal humane and we're trying to keep the poor thing from running into Cerrillos Rd. All in all a great place for a car wash.

These folks rock. Needing an oil change, wanting a wash, and having a check engine light come on the same day, they were able to diagnose the problem as a faulty sensor. The same check engine light/sensor would not allow the vehicle to start and they were able to bypass this, start the vehicle and then drove with me over to the repair shop. Next they drove me to my other vehicle! I came in for an oil change and I had a leak so instead of going ahead and doing an oil change they recommended service and checked all my components at no charge and even topped off my oil. Ben had been a great resource and he is very competent. I will return for all my services in the future.
