Great service here. Cory and Eduardo were really great. Very kind and consistent with the information they give to you. Super polite and call you by name. Pretty impressed with these guys. I have been coming here for a while and they know my truck's history. The only reason I didn't give five stars is they are a bit expensive.

Thoroughly disappointed in 125.00 detailing! After spending an hour and twenty minutes my car looked NO different. Than a regular 20.00 car wash inside and out. I had a time limit or I would have stayed and made them fix the terrible job. I valleys management and was basically given excuses as to why it wasn't done correctly. The leather car seat steaming was half done, the door jam was filthy just a really bad job

The high reviews for this place appear to be car-wash related, not oil-change related. I'll tell you why: I got my oil changed here last week. My car was running fine; it was just due for an oil change. I agreed to pay for the highest grade manufacturer recommended oil; I agreed to all the upcharges to get the new filters and whatever else. I tell you this because-- assuming you are not as huge a sucker as I am-- you would probably decline some of these up-sells, and I imagine that might give the Oil Stop folks some plausibl... read more

Car Wash Review This is my other go to car wash place. The guys do a very good job and they listen to customer's requests. Mine is that they use the air compressor on the mirrors and the openings before they dry the vehicle. I'm here on a regular basis and after the first few visits, I didn't even have to ask anymore. They just do it like it's actually part of the deal. Also love their rain check policy and the free coffee. Their restroom (if you ever need to use it) is above average. I took my truck here a few days ago for an oil change and car wash. The oil change was reasonably priced, but they kept pushing me to add on other services. A car wash is free with oil change, but it does not include the inside. They normally charge $25 just to clean the inside of a vehicle, but gave me a $10 coupon, so $15 to clean the inside of my vehicle. They did a horrible job.. They missed many of spots. Such great service today. No complaints at all. Service was fast. Staff was professional and polite. I left feeling confident, especially seeing the same manager for the last few years. Figured it was time to write a Yelp Review realizing that this experience is pretty typical. Sua (not sure how to spell his name) was really friendly to my son while lubricating the door locks and hinges. My kids never mind running this errand knowing they'll get a juice box at OIl Stop.

Came here for a simple oil change, and it was okay. They were pretty fast about it, but they kept pressuring my mom to buy other kinds of features, and that was very annoying. Usually they let it go, if you say no, but my mom had to say it a couple of times. ( she was paying for the oil change in my car). Then as we were leaving. Nobody gives a fine exterior carwash with towel dry for $6 these days. This place does. Fast with usually a minimal wait. What a deal. I tip the guys they are so good.

I have been a client since it opened, great service with a smile and good job on the cleaning or detailing on my vehicles. We live in Santa Rosa but always drive to Rohnert Park for the Car wash and Oil change. Keep it up!
