they broke my car antenna and the owner would not replace it.went for a car wash and they taped down my antenna and when it came out of was it looked like a upside down L.when i bent it back into shape it broke.they said make a claim and will pay for it and fix it.later they try to say it was already broke.yes it wasnt conneted to the stereo and wasnt going up and down.but the bent it like a upside down L.and when bent it back it snapped.talk with lady there with and she just keep asking over are you sure and denied breaking... read more

Wow! I still can't get over the customer service here. Juan, Paul and Corey were so attentive and constantly checked in with me to tell me what they were doing, showed me all my fluid lines and asked if I had questions. I think some other local businesses could take some notes on service from these guys! Can't wait till my next oil change!

When i need an oil change or car wash i dont go anywhere else but here. All the staff is very polite and honest, from the greeters, the cashiers, they guys washing & cleaning my car and they guys at the oil change. They go above and beyond to make sure i leave satisfied with a clean car.

Horrible! Brought in my new car for a nice clean to keep it looking top notch, but came out with deep scratches! Nothing but excuses and now I have to go get an estimate on what it will cost to fix the damage. Interior: not even thoroughly vacuumed. Major overspray left on leather, spots everywhere. The actual wash job was also terrible. There were still bugs on the bumper. If I'm paying $70 for you to wash and detail my car, I expect it to be wash and detailed. Customer service, non existent.

This is the first honest oil change place I found and I don't think I'll find a better one. They offered a beverage as soon as I pulled up and the associate was very good at explaining everything that they found and what options I had. The service was quick and they even replaced some new wipers that I had sitting in my trunk. Mind you they don't get paid for that but they still did it. Excellent service!

hese people are amazing everytime I come to get a car wash they always do an incredible job. They have any service as low as 10.99 and up . You get a free car wash with oil change. On busy days they still do a great job. Don't forget to tip the guys they work hard . Christina the manager is also very friendly and always willing to answer any questions I have . Always have a good job done when I go !!

DO NOT RISK YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! Oilstop used to be my go-to for oil changes because of the convenience, but after last time I will never be returning. I payed for an oil change with the included wash as well as a serpentine belt change, but since they didn't have the belt in stock, (even though I had already payed for it to be installed) I had to leave my vehicle behind while they got the part from pepboys.
