Great service and great people.. management and employees are very helpful. Been to alot of different car washes so far this one is the best will be back for now on.. you'll love there service..

This place is a scam. I was charged $14.99 for a wash and wipe. There was still dirt on the windshield after the attendee wiped it down. I asked for a Manager and got someone who said he was "acting manager". They did nothing for me. Offer a re wash? Nope. Offer a discount? Nope Offer anything? Nope. For $22.00 in Marin (where I live) I could have gotten the outside and inside done a heck of a lot better. Save your money and don't go here. They did nothing for me except piss me off all the way home.

I thought I should write an update on this, even though it happened a while ago. Shortly after I wrote the initial review, the manager contacted me via yelp email, asking for details. He said they were unable to find a record of my visit. There's no record because I elected not to have any services performed. I provided him with the date and time of my visit. I came here one day because the place I usually go to has been unreasonably busy. Always 2+ hour wait times when I call for an appointment. I had a $5 off coupon so I thought, why not? This place was awesome! I'm actually pretty surprised, I'm not a huge fan of get-it-done-as-fast-as-humanly-possible places, but this place had some serious charm. It's really not that hard ......when the bay is empty you pull the car in. ...you don't let it sit there cause its out of order ...take the drain plug out and allow the oil in one car to drain ....while you work finish the other ones ......not sure if they where just trying to make the parking lot look full or what ......it called efficiency

Quick, courteous, professional, very friendly and accommodating. I love coming here because I feel like they do their very best to take care of us as customers. The place is very clean with a beverage service. The communication between the attendants is thorough and detailed. They remember me each time because the the staff is long term. Some of these service have been here for 10 years and take pride in their work. And the free car wash is a bonus.

This places machines in the drive thru SCRATCHED the crap out of my car. When I told them that their machines did it to my car they blamed it on the fact that I brought my car in dirty, um hello its a car wash! I then waited for another car the same color (Black) to come thru and sure enough the car had the same scratches with the same pattern. At this point you would think that the manager would then believe me but even then he was trying to tell me that this other car got the scratches else ware. I do not recommend anyone ... read more

Save your money, one of the worst car washes I've gotten. For $25 bucks they didn't even clean out the cup holders in the backseat. The seats in the back were not wiped down and there was mud on the back of the leather seat from my son that wasn't even touched.
