They take absolutely forever to wash your car and don't do a very good job at all. The top of my car is always still dirty and I always have to point out areas in which they have missed I paid $80 extra to have my car machine waxed and he left wax in every crack and crevice and also didn't wipe hardly any of it off. My car is black hard to not see missed spots and for an $99 dollar car wash and machine wax when to touch less drive through car wash and dry takes longer than my black Yukon to get "professional machine waxed" h... read more
I'm new to town and rarely ever write reviews but I feel like only bad reviews get noticed so here's my little experiment. So, I searched Yelp for the closet car wash/detailing because I had just done a road trip and I wanted everything out of my car, even a lingering stench that was caused by the trip. I have been taking my vehicles to this car wash for 10+ years. The last 3 times have specifically been very disappointing! The last time I brought my truck in was 7/27 and paid $31.99 for the platinum package. Since the last few times my vehicle was left with multiple areas still dirty I walked around the truck and had to point out areas to the worker. Been coming here for almost ten years. Service has seemed to get less and less efficient and personal. I get that times change, but it would go a long way to refocus and make it quick and efficient again. A $32 car wash, that lets my car now sit in the sun for over 15 mins while other cars are getting done, doesn't sit well. I have no doubt it will have spots and not be completed. I hope the guys and gals at least get paid somewhat well, as I'm sure this service comes from management decisions effects their tips.
First time and this place is awesome I also come here for my car washes. 5 stars all around and the workers here are very friendly and walk you through everything they do
So I got my oil changed at an Oil Stop in Elk Grove and they gave me the free car wash coupon. I had just got my car washed so I figured I would save it for when I was home in Rohnert Park. I went in today to use my coupon and the first two gentlemen I spoke with were very nice, professional and accommodating. However, when I went inside to pay, the service went down hill. Elk Grove was not a convenient place for me to go back just for a car wash so I waited until I was back home in Rohnert Park to come here and use it. I got an oil change here this last weekend and it was great. Everyone was really nice and they offered me everything I needed for my car. But when I can't back this morning for my free oil change the people at the car wash were rude and they might as well have just sprayed my car with water. When I got out of my car there was water spots ALL OVER my car and the sun roof and front windshield still had dirt all over it and my side mirrors were dripping with soap and water.
