Went for a car wash and wanted some special attention to certain areas because I have a 165 pound Mastiff that loves drooling in the backseat. They said even the most expensive regular wash wouldn't cover that so I would need the $80 wash. I figured I'd go for it since I hadn't had my car detailed in a while. Just an update: we just got our car washed here and it's AMAZING! We have a dog, so there are fine little hairs embedded in the seats, and they were able to get them all out! They even scrubbed it twice to make sure they got all of them. Our car looks brand new!

They do an amazing job. They focus on every detail . I come very often , I've been coming here for many years. They always satisfy my family and friends. They also offer snacks while u wait. They have a kids area as well for children to play. Its overall the best car wash in my opinion and I really recommend it to anyone .

This review is based on the car wash service alone. I have never used this place for an oil change so I can't speak to that, but I've had my car washed here 3 times now, and it's a real disappointment to have to clean or wipe down areas of your car after just paying someone else to do it. It's not like the areas missed are hard to reach or not in clear sight. Last time I paid for the platinum wash at $31.99, so you'd think I'd leave with a clean car. Nope. I always have my Challenger get a car wash there. Great customer service super friendly and they have a super good looking guy with hazel eyes there too. My only reason to get a car wash there really ;-p

I paid for a platinum service car wash and they took 20 min to run my car through and barely wipe it down and vacuum. My car didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. I brought it back through and explained to the manager that I really needed a good clean and she kept trying to push the $80 package on me. She at least gave me a refund and as I was leaving made a snarky remark that no one was going to clean my car well unless I paid for a detail. I should have at least gotten a good vacuum for $32. I love going to the Oil Stops. I've gone to Petaluma for years and often still do. I also go to Rohnert Park when I want to follow it with a car wash. I always take advantage of the free car wash and then upgrade so I'm getting the inside and out cleaned for about $11. The car wash service is comparable to other car washes. Friendly, fast, thorough. Great place. They had the girl that comes up and lubes your locks. My fiance and I decided she should be our own personal lube girl.

The oil change service was great. The service representatives explained each additional service that was recommended. No heavy push for additional services. The oil change was the complete service that they advertised. Oil changed with factory recommended oil. All additional fluids checked and topped off. I asked to have the air filter changed, the price was reasonable and the work was completed quickly and correctly. (my Mazda's air filter is a little difficult to remove).
