I have gone here for years, but the last time I went I had a terrible experience. I was next in line and their service technician was doing other things on my car, like lubricating my locks and hinges and checking my tire pressure. In the process of doing this the guy broke my valve stem on my tire leaving me with a flat tire. They put on the spare tire and told me I had to drive to Les Schwab down the street to have my tire repaired. We have been taking our car there forever, and it was always good until today. We asked for the platinum wash at $31.99 and our car was not vacuumed at all, outside by the rear was dirty. Underneath the handles were dirty as well. Upon them saying the car was done it looked fine we didn't inspect it as we've always had a great experience. My car is never clean when they are done. When I pointed out areas where there was dirt the guy told me To get that off I would've have to have it detailed! Well it came off with my finger. Too much money for a very poor job.

These guys were great. It was a Saturday so they were busy and the lines long but it was fine. Very professional and a free car wash. Not pushy with their extras.

well I must update my review of 6/21/15 well after not being able to get my car washed for months so I was ready to have it out with that nasty assed manager, and was absolutely thrilled when I was told that the nasty crotchety person was no longer manager. I was totally thrilled when this very sweet but stern voice told me I am now the manager and ask me what car I drove and she remembered that I have been trading there for ten years not just the car wash but also the oil stop oil changer, and the oil stop detail shop just ... read more

This place is great! All the guys, and girls, work so hard to do an amazing job! My dog made a nice donation to my back seat and they cleaned it without complaint and there's no smell or stain! They are always professional and my car is CLEAN! This is my go to place!

The staff are friendly, and they do a good job with the washing of my car. I just moved to the area after living in Walnut Creek where thay had an amazing car wash for the simple fact that they had incentives for the people that used their business. Car washes are a dime a dozen in the area. The washes are better here in Rohnert Park at OilStop, but I wish that they would do something like a monthly membership for unlimited washes per month that would just automatically charge my card monthly...it is just a smart business mo... read more

I started coming here about 3 years ago when I moved to Sonoma County. When I lived in the East bay I went to a similar type of car wash and it became the only place I ever took my car to so when I moved, I wanted to find the same. This place has never let me down. For around $30, you get a full outside wash, an interior console wipe down, and a tire shine. To me that's a deal, because in the east bay I was paying $40 for the same work.
