I was very impressed with Michael who handled my call. He was patient, informative & knowledgeable. After I texted the results of my hearing test and explained what my audiologist was recommending and the cost. After looking at the hearing test results, he explained that the Phonak P90's were over kill and that the P70's would more than suffice. The cost of what my audiologist recommended was $5000, your cost was $2595. At that point it was a no brainer to go with OnlineHearing. So far everything has be working well.

Only had the hearing aids for less than one week, but the service and pricing I received so far has been extraordinary! One other thing, they answer the phone, amazing in today's world! Could not be any happier with the Phonak Paradise Audeo P90's. Fantastic app, bluetooth, and excellent audio quality streaming. The prior reviews I read before deciding on choosing OnLine Hearing were spot on! I have every expectation the five star service will continue.
Bought some hearing aids for my father and I couldn't believe how much we saved over buying from the Dr. We also had a great experience with Online Hearing getting them set up, they spent an hour with us on the phone and even made an adjustment across the internet! I would highly recommend them.
Shocking price difference for the SAME exact hearing aid that was recommended and quoted by the audiologist at my local ENT doctor's office. (Online Hearing was less than half the cost.) Maggie took her time and answered all of my questions thoroughly. To be honest by the time she was done answering questions and making adjustments I was getting rather emotional.. To be able to hear again and have someone walk you though something that is all new to me was phenomenal! Thank you so much!!!!!
