My buying experience was awesome. All my questions were answered and everyone I spoke with was very professional. I called for some service questions 3 days after receiving my new hearing aids and scheduled a call with a tech the next business day. That appointment was a better then ever going to see a physical person. They were able to perform a test on each device and tweak where needed in a very quick manner. A huge thanks to your entire team for everything they do.
Maggie was great to work with. She gave me excellent service as well as the price on the Phonak Paradise. She helped me after I received it. It was great to work with a company that you can get a hold of on the first try.
