We purchased an accessory item. I had left a message to ask a question ahead of the purchase and got a quicker than expected return call. The woman who called was clearly very knowledgeable and very helpful. Shipping was SUPER fast (and free!) and the item itself was a GREAT price (1/2 the price as that BIG online retailer that everyone uses and which we won’t buy from!). It was even MORE dramatically discounted compared to buying from our local hearing aid provider. Overall a great first experience!

Lisa, the agent I spoke with, was absolutely FANTASTIC! She quickly identified the problem and gave me the solution. She put together the necessary parts and placed the order for me. She then sent me a how to video link. From start to finish, it was quite clear, that she made certain that I was taken care of. I am extremely grateful to and impressed with Online Hearing. Had a great experience in ordering and receiving my husband’s hearing aids. Price was half that quoted by our ENT practice and extra year warranty. Special mailing instructions were followed as requested. Quality of hearing is much improved. Have not needed to call for support yet but I trust they will be helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this site.
