I had bluetooth go out in my 2.3 year old hearing aids. No problem to get fixed. I paid the shipping back to ON-LINE, and they shipped to manfacturer. The manfacturer sent back to ON-LINE. They set up the hearing aids with my data and then they shipped to me no cost. During that time I chose to rent some of their new hearing aids. They sent to me. The shipping both ways was their cost built into the rental. It have me a chance to use the latest state of the art. It was great. This was an easy process.

I bought the PartnerMic for $169. Retail stores were selling it for $650. Got it in a day. No problems using it and it is now helping me hear my friend who has Parkinsons and is hard to hear.

Online hearing had me in their system and responded to my needs . My hearing aides needed maintenance out of warranty and I was told to send them in and a loner sets was sent to me
