Had a great experience in ordering and receiving my husband’s hearing aids. Price was half that quoted by our ENT practice and extra year warranty. Special mailing instructions were followed as requested. Quality of hearing is much improved. Have not needed to call for support yet but I trust they will be helpful and easy to deal with. I recently purchased the Phonak “Roger On v3” from these folks, saving several hundreds of dollars vs local. They actually called to confirm compatibility with my existing hearing aids, then promptly shipped. So, pleased all around with them. The device itself does exactly what’s claimed for it, greatly enhancing clarity of conversation both one on one and in a restaurant, for instance, over hearing aids alone. Also links directly to audio output of home entertainment with included hardware.
