at the beginning I was a bit unsure about buying HAs online. However...the effeciency of Online Hearing has been excellent. I am now on my 2nd pair from them. It is a very simple straight - forward process at about 1/2 the cost - of a walk in HA store. So I am giving these folks a 5 out of 5

David and Diana were both great. I got super info from David and when my aids arrived Diana walked me thru all the set up — My hearing is magnificent— This is a fantastic way to “ help yourself” rather than going to an audiologists office. Try it- You’ll be a FAN!
People there were all extremely polite and helpful. Returned a product and they had no problem taking it back and refunding my money promptly. Audiologist was always available to assist with any problems. I will use them again when I need some new hearing aids. Regards, John L

We purchased an accessory item. I had left a message to ask a question ahead of the purchase and got a quicker than expected return call. The woman who called was clearly very knowledgeable and very helpful. Shipping was SUPER fast (and free!) and the item itself was a GREAT price (1/2 the price as that BIG online retailer that everyone uses and which we won’t buy from!). It was even MORE dramatically discounted compared to buying from our local hearing aid provider. Overall a great first experience!
