Had a great experience in ordering and receiving my husband’s hearing aids. Price was half that quoted by our ENT practice and extra year warranty. Special mailing instructions were followed as requested. Quality of hearing is much improved. Have not needed to call for support yet but I trust they will be helpful and easy to deal with. Would highly recommend this site.

I was very skeptical of ordering my first pair of hearing aids on line. Reviews were hard to find. I took the plunge and was so surprised at the great service and pleasant associates. I’ve been using these for over two months now and would highly recommend this company.
The hearing aids came in a timely manner with good instructions on connecting to my iPhone. I haven't read all of the information yet but am confident it will answer many of the questions I may have

I recently purchased the Phonak “Roger On v3” from these folks, saving several hundreds of dollars vs local. They actually called to confirm compatibility with my existing hearing aids, then promptly shipped. So, pleased all around with them. The device itself does exactly what’s claimed for it, greatly enhancing clarity of conversation both one on one and in a restaurant, for instance, over hearing aids alone. Also links directly to audio output of home entertainment with included hardware.
