From the very beginning, On-Line Hearing has been absolutely fantastic. The Phonak, I90 Sphere Hearing Aids arrived quickly and were properly programmed to my last audio-test. Customer support at Online has been great and all of my questions were answered. I'm awaiting my follow-up visit after about 2 weeks where I will be able to make customized programs myself. Absolutely no regrets. A good experience, as advertised.
