Online Hearing delivered in every way. My order was shipped immediately via FedEx, arrived quickly at the excellent price they advertised, and is exactly what I needed. I shipped my hearing aids and charging device for service and they called me back same day they received them. I was explained they would be sent out for service to Phonak. Just had a problem with one of the instruments but it’s being handled promptly. I have dealt with OLH ( on my third pair of hearing aids) I wouldn’t consider switching providers and I always recommend you to other people who are shopping for hearing aids
My Medicare Advantage plan provided me with certain local hearing offices. I had previously tried to work with one group and found them deficient. I tested at a different office this year and found it professionally satisfactory, but Online Hearing offered a higher grade Phonak Spheric at a significantly lower price. The previous years of technical and customer I received from OH, and David Tague in particular, made the choice to continue buying my hearing devices from them a no-brainer.
over the 3.5 years of my purchase (3+years) process, admin and specialists have all been very responsive almost always getting back the someday and have always been able to answer my technical quests or have a plan to resolve an issue. And are generous with including domes and wax protectors and always parts are warranty within the 3years 4months of my warranty. I constantly refer people to your company.
