I never thought I'd be writing a review let alone a glowing review of a pest control company but i have 2 stories if you'll bear with me. If you won't let me first tell you about the inspector in both cases, Ernesto Lopez. Very prompt and courteous service. The technician explained the procedure, cost, and safety of the chemical used, particularly its toxicity to pets and the environment. Then, he came out around dawn, "dusted" the wasp nest, and asked me to follow up with him to make sure all the wasps were dead. I was totally satisfied with their service and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Eric and Alfredo demonstrated the best customer service I've seen in a long time. As the technician, Alfredo was prompt, helpful and friendly. They both were professional, quick to respond to a situation, and extremely gracious in resolving it. I highly recommend using this company.

We had a possible bad bug scare from a visiting guest, and we called Orkin. Eduardo came and he was awesome. He checked everything thoroughly and put me at ease. I'm so glad that we contacted them was such a relief to have him give us the all clearI will be calling them for future issues like gophers and spiders. A big thumbs up for Eduardo, super nice guy and thorough!
