Very prompt and courteous service. The technician explained the procedure, cost, and safety of the chemical used, particularly its toxicity to pets and the environment. Then, he came out around dawn, "dusted" the wasp nest, and asked me to follow up with him to make sure all the wasps were dead. I was totally satisfied with their service and would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
Gave me two options with price. I picked one, we scheduled it. He came on time and did the work. Fair price and peace of mind for me.

We had a possible bad bug scare from a visiting guest, and we called Orkin. Eduardo came and he was awesome. He checked everything thoroughly and put me at ease. I'm so glad that we contacted them was such a relief to have him give us the all clearI will be calling them for future issues like gophers and spiders.
