I am absolutely over the moon with the customer service I received from Cody! Cody is our orkin man and has been for almost two years! I am a busy momma of two under two and he constantly communicates, gives suggestions and all around makes my life easier all while handling any bug issues on our property! Highly knowledgeable! Prompt! Reliable!

I've only done the inspection but I'm impressed with this company. Ernesto came to do the inspection and he was all around wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, thorough, answered all my questions and didn't pressure me at all. He was so genuine and really took time to explain everything. I haven't used their services yet but so far, I'm very impressed! Thank you!

I contacted several companies. Orkin was the only one that replied with the information I wanted. Everyone else wanted to get me into a sales conversation. I like Orkin's upfront and honest pricing. The technician arrived on time. He was polite and professional, and best of all, my persistent ant infestation was gone within a couple of days.

I rarely write a Review Update, however, this is one instance that deserved one. Within a day of posting my review for Orkin, Eric from the company responded via a private message via Yelp. He politely explained that I was mistaken about their company payment policy by thinking autopay was a requirement, instead it is offered as a convenience. Again, I highly recommend Alfredo and his services. What I wish he would have told me is that if we are not home and they can only service the front of the home due to a locked gate, ... read more

I've had to call this company twice in the last 6 months. The first time I had a very aggressive starling building a penthouse in the eaves of my roof over my front door. First they made sure it wasn't an endangered species before doing anything. When I was able to take a photo of it to determine the species they had the nest removed and a steel mesh in place in no-time. No bird is moving in. Great job. We were in need of a fumigation for our mobile home. We had been getting some repairs done and noticed some signs of termites. We called to get an inspection and was surprised they were available the next day for it. Ernesto did our inspection, He was very thorough and explained a lot of things to me. The next day I saw he emailed me his report for the inspection. I scheduled the fumigation and was able to call him with any more questions I had.

I would like to give them a 10 star. Highly recommendable. Greg is very professional and very seasoned. He is great, knows what he is doing, what he is looking for. And he will not make you feel uncomfortable nor make you feel like you're being judged. Most of us have rodents issues anyway, one way or another. Eric, the owner is great in making follow ups. They work as a team, in fact a great team.
