A week after posting my initial review, I received a phone call from one of the company's owners who apologized for his company's failure to follow through. He also explained the challenges his company faced as it expanded to a new area and that changes were already being made to prevent such lapses in the future. I've had cases of spiders and fleas, both of which drove me to a point of near insanity. Tim from Orkin was both empathetic and effective in his treatment. He is careful to be thorough in his work and will ensure that your problem is taken care of from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Today we had our first inspection and precautionary spray for all outdoor bugs, spiders, earwigs etc. The tech was kind and helpful. Let us know how the spray works, what to expect and how we could be helped if we had any additional problems or questions.

When we called Orkin we thought we had pest control problem, little did we know, it was actually a possum in our wall! Tim helped us figure it out and take care of it. I have found the receptionist to be kind and helpful. Also, I'm so happy I called around because the first local people we called were horribly overpriced. Highly recommend. Service is great.

Tim made time to come to my store downtown on a busy Friday to remove a dead possum from under the deck. He totally saved my sales for the whole weekend! Very friendly and efficient, qualities I appreciate from other business owners.

I called Orkin yesterday for an appointment because I had a rat trapped in between the hallway and two rooms. Today when The Orkin man came on time he was very polite and very thorough, he came and he assess the situation very well. he came to the conclusion that was one rat. he provided several extensive sticky traps, showed me how to use them where to place them, and said this would be no charge to me. this was very refreshing, if the problem escalates I will call back most definitely because I had a lot of faith and trus... read more

Tim got rid of our fleas and our rodent problem. Always showed on time. Great man very knowledgable. Very trustworthy. A bit pricey though, but it's the real deal.

Orkin pest control answered the phone and came by that very day to assess my problem. He, Eric , was friendly and professional and gave me my options, no hard sale or pushy salesmanship. He actually went out of his way to check wood planks in the garage. I did not have to hire him for services but would definitely call them if I needed something. He spent around 45 minutes explaining everything to me and did not charge for the visit.

We were impressed with Paul's attention to detail and professional approach. I wanted to take away a star because he's a Texans fan but instead we opted for the yearly service. Reasonable... dare I say good prices for the quality service. Highly recommended.
