This place is a JOKE! Go to another exterminator. I got this place for a property I own bc they had great reviews on here. Wanted to stray away from the local bigger companies. Boy, WAS I WRONG! Made an appt. service manager than wants my contract on a certain time of day and he couldn't pick it up from me (I was at work so I had to rush after , or couldn't be delayed till the following day.. so I had to go TO HIM as he waited in line at HIS bank running his own errands. I was scheduled for an initial inspection and treatment between 1-4pm. Was home from work the entire time....nobody showed up. Nobody called. I contacted Orkin's customer care department 2x, and they couldn't even reach the local office. Here it is the next day, and I still have not heard a thing from Orkin San Luis Obispo. Not to apologize for the inconvenience, and not even to attempt to reschedule. Worthless. However, Clark Pest was able to schedule me within 24 hours.
