Had an 8am appointment with Ernesto and he never called me or showed up. I'm writing this review at 8:32 because the office also is not answering. Can't say I'm surprised being disappointed by many service providers, this is just another Santa Maria company that has lost my trust upon first impression. I guess I should consider myself lucky

I called to get an appointment and was told after being transferred and on hold a while that someone would be calling me from the scheduling team. It's been over two weeks and no call. What gives?

I’m sorry that you haven’t heard from us Chai. We are a local franchise so if you called the national number, you may have been bounced around. However we do have a local number, 805-541-3445. If you select option 1, our admin will be able to get you to the right person for scheduling. If you are speaking with us directly, you should have a scheduled appointment before you even hang up. We answer the phones locally from 8-12 and again from 1-5. We hope to hear from you. -Eric

So I think right now with so much uncertainty in the world that genuine kindness shines through in a way that means the world. Domino at this business is a beacon of light plus efficiency and has me a believer in this company! Setting up a one time service to start and called around after we spoke because I wasn't sure who had come out before. This place is a JOKE! Go to another exterminator. I got this place for a property I own bc they had great reviews on here. Wanted to stray away from the local bigger companies. Boy, WAS I WRONG! Made an appt. service manager than wants my contract on a certain time of day and he couldn't pick it up from me (I was at work so I had to rush after , or couldn't be delayed till the following day.. so I had to go TO HIM as he waited in line at HIS bank running his own errands. I was scheduled for an initial inspection and treatment between 1-4pm. Was home from work the entire time....nobody showed up. Nobody called. I contacted Orkin's customer care department 2x, and they couldn't even reach the local office. Here it is the next day, and I still have not heard a thing from Orkin San Luis Obispo. Not to apologize for the inconvenience, and not even to attempt to reschedule. Worthless. However, Clark Pest was able to schedule me within 24 hours.
