I messaged this business online. I got a same day response, had a guy come by and remove my wasp nest the same day, like 2 hours later, and it all cost less then half of what other companies in the area quoted me. They also guaranteed removal for up to a month. The guy who came out (Garrett) was awesome and super friendly.

Just had my initial done. They were so nice and polite. Very professional. I have severe medical problems, that they were more then willing and able to work with, using great due diligence. As i just had my initial, literally 30 minutes ago, I cant speak to long term, but they were already feeding at the bait. If recommending just on customer service, this is the company for you. Will review again in 4-6 weeks in long term.

We have been using Orkin for 2 years now and have been very pleased with their service. The best part is that we have had only 1 or 2 spiders in our house and no ants. They are very thorough, professional and friendly. Gabriel has done our service the last few times and always checks first to see if we have any issues or something we want him to take care of. He does a great job and I would highly recommend Orkin!

I used Orkin SLO,(A.E.T.) fumigation to terminate my termites. Working with Eduardo Lopez was a pleasure his experience and communication was above average he also provided extra bags at my request to pack our belongings prior to fumigation. Orkin suggested a Handyman named C.J. for the repair of extensive water rot and termite damage done to my home. Very responsive and professional. Eric came by to give us a complimentary inspection when I had concerns that we might be having a termite problem. He was very informative and told us what he was looking out for, why he felt that we did not need to be concerned at the moment, and the timelines for which we should look into getting another inspection done. Can't thank these guys enough! Last night I was cooking dinner and noticed there was a snake dangling out of my kitchen cabinet.... A SNAKE IN MY KITCHEN! Within minutes of that, a mouse ran by my foot. While my first thought was "burn the house down" I knew that might be a bit extreme. we called them had ants ants ants!! couldnt get rid of them no matter what we used, or did they just kept coming back. Called Orkin and the tech came and sprayed the outside of the house, a few days later ants ants ants!!! they were back!! We called the tech and he came back put some bait inside the house and they are GONE!!! YAY!!! Great service, great products (whatever they used), Highly recommend!!

A week after posting my initial review, I received a phone call from one of the company's owners who apologized for his company's failure to follow through. He also explained the challenges his company faced as it expanded to a new area and that changes were already being made to prevent such lapses in the future. I've had cases of spiders and fleas, both of which drove me to a point of near insanity. Tim from Orkin was both empathetic and effective in his treatment. He is careful to be thorough in his work and will ensure that your problem is taken care of from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for better service.
