Contacted me within minutes and and sprayed the exterior of the house the same day. Very prompt and professional.
I wanted to wait a couple months after original contract to write a review. I first called them after another company failed to show up. Luckily, Orkin was willing to come within the next couple days to check out my ant problem. The service has been wonderful, they made sure to explain to me what they were going to use and if there were any safety issues as I do have kids and pets in the household. This is the first review I've written, but these guys deserve it! Super fast response time! Made it out the same day to give us an estimate and look into our carpet beetle problem. After spending almost 2 hours finding the source of the problem and talking us through everything, I asked how much we owed them, and they said we didn't owe anything. They said if they need to come back and spray for us or need to use any chemicals they'll charge us, but the estimate was free. I tried to pay them something, but they refused. Thes... read more
