Given that I operate a Volkswagen Golf TDI, my vehicle typically necessitates the services of a diesel engine technician. This particular service necessitated such a technician. The Service Consultant informed me that a technician was not available onsite and presented me with the option to return at a later date when the technician was present. I was pleased to hear this option and the service appointment was finalized without any additional charges.
Mark my service technician was very busy when I arrived for my appointment. But instead of being ignored by the other technicians as I have been in the past, James stepped in and took all the information. He was very kind and helpful. I was very grateful. Once Mark was free he was as usual professional and totally amazing.
Love working with all the staff. Mark is a great service advisor!!!!
