If you are looking for amazing care for your beloved furry family try Overland Veterinary Clinic. I've found vet care in LA to be a bit wonky. There are great doctors and hard to communicate with front desks. The pandemic shifted doctors around and some moved and the existing team isn't taking new patients. . . Dr Bhuta is an angel. She has been my vet for nearly a decade and I would never see anyone else. Her kind heart, extensive knowledge and experience truly make her one of a kind in her field. My 5 star rating is solely because of Dr Schwartz. He has been our vet for years and there is frankly no better vet. He is compassionate, experienced, and trustworthy. My dog is very sick and will have to be euthanized soon and Dr Schwartz has been compassionate, patient and understanding at our hesitancy to do it yet. His advice is always appreciated by us. He is only there on weekends and booked way in advance but well worth the wait. Thank you Dr Schwartz for being so wonderful!!!!!!!!

I dropped of a fecal sample yesterday and was impressed with the calmness and professional nature of the staff. Honestly with the COVID safety efforts, there are animals in the lobby making noises, some pet owners wanting to stay in their car during their pet's visit, people waiting in the lobby to pay and it feels a little frenetic to me. The staff did a great job and I was glad the pet owners had the patience and respect for staff and other pet owners during this crazy time! I think we are all doing the best we can.

I love the fact that they have a drop off service. I couldn't get an appointment anywhere for my baby boy Scamp. He had a really bad ear infection, I even called animal hospital and they also wouldn't see him... I was very lucky that I got Dr Bhuta, she was great with my pup, he's very shy so I'm always nervous how he will react with strangers but she made both him and me feel comfortable and the care she provided was incredible.

Dr. Forsythe, Claudia and everyone there took amazing care of my puppy, Bonnie, who had a sudden case of pancreatitis this weekend. It's very clear that they had my pup's best interest and cared for her like they would their own. Dr Forsythe diagnosed her very quickly and had a thoughtful plan of action that had her feeling much better quickly. A friend and I are parents of two great cats, Squeaker and Winter. We have been going to Overland Veterinary Clinic, individually and together as cat parents, for nearly 20 years. I've been a "groupie" of Dr. Swartz for almost 11 years. He's the one doctor I though as irreplaceable. I've change my mind when my neighbor small dog got attacked by two big dogs and EVEN without appointment, Dr. Forsythe asserted the damage and operate on her. But that's just beginning: he saw my senior friend with bites and rushed out with Aid kit to help him after he accepted the dog. THAT is not it. DR. SCHWARTZ is the BEST! We have been going to Dr. Schwartz for over 30yrs. During this time we have had our share of significant veterinary needs, I trust him to always have our pets best interests at heart. He is knowledgeable, considerate and takes his time when visiting with you and your pets. I would recommend Dr. Schwartz and Overland Vet to anyone looking for the best in veterinary care.
