Both of our dogs love seeing Dr. Park! She is always thorough with all of our options, including the cost of individual items so we can make informed decisions and we are never surprised by the bill. The office staff is also helpful and responsive. Making appointments is easy, as is ordering treats or other things online. Also, each of the vet techs seems to love their job. Super impressed with how the clinic has continued to operate during the pandemic. Today, when I pulled into the lot, they had numbered the parking spots -- they're always thinking about how to streamline their care process to better serve pet owners/pets all the while keeping everyone safe. Overland vet clinic and Dr Schwartz are paramount professionals and make pet parents feel very calm and cared for. Dr Schwartz takes his time in explaining everything calmly and answers all questions until you understand exactly what's going on. And he follows up the same day and the next day for the to check on the pet patient. I have been coming to Overland Vet clinic for over 20 years. Now, in the middle of a pandemic, they do not disappoint! The staff is amazing! The system they have for taking care of my dog is incredible. I feel safe. I know my dog will be safe. And we can ALL stay healthy which is the most important thing. Thank you so much, especially to Lisa who is working her hardest along with the rest of the staff to improve systems for their patients!

Dr. Schwartz is truly such a gift to all his patients and their owners. I have been coming to Overland Clinic for almost a decade now and Dr. Schwartz never ceases to amaze me. He has been nothing but attentive, compassionate, and invested in the health of my fur baby. I first visited here a week ago and liked the idea of customers waiting in their cars. You call the office to let them know you arrived. Then a technician would come out to retrieve your pet. The Doctor will come out to talk to you about what's going on. For example, my dog went in because her right eye developed a cloudy film around her eye. I have been going to Overland Vet for six years now and they never cease to amaze me with how kind, caring and helpful they are. I recently adopted a second dog who is absolutely terrified of the vet. I was nervous about bringing her in during Covid days since the animals have to go in alone but they went above and beyond to help. The checkup with Dr. Forsythe was great, he was very thorough and gentle with my pups. And the vet techs were awesome. However, the administrative side of this clinic is abysmal. After my pets had their checkup I had to wait for about an hour for my receipt and pets' medications. Both phone lines were perpetually busy. The text line was further ineffectual. Overland successfully completed the Third Country Health Certificate (and all the necessary treatments) required to relocate our dog to the UK. The team there went out of their way to make the experience as smooth as possible.
