This is based upon the front desk & their insanely amazing staff. The front desk operator was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She provided questions and answers. She didn't brush me off the phone or have an attitude like another clinic I've dealt with. They seem to want to keep customers and get new customers their clinic. Emergency cases also take priority at times and do cause inevitable delays. We always try to communicate our wait times to the best of our ability. They were amazing here. Dr. Jones is the best. Definitely suggest this place. Staff incredibly friendly.

I really love Dr. Forsythe at Overland Vet. He's really been great with my senior Cat. He spends time making sure all of your questions are answered, and he is thorough with his exams.

Very friendly customer service! We went there for a cremation and they helped us right away and was very sympathetic for what we went through so I really appreciate all their help.

While I miss Dr. Schwartz, Dr. Natasha is such a gem! She is very patient and kind and I can tell she truly cares about animals. I just started taking my new puppy there and he loves her. :) I also had to take my pup to urgent care recently and they gave me a great recommendation for a place where I could take him immediately as well. Yes, they've gotten more expensive - but so has everything really...

We brought Roger our cat of 15 years (and 18 years old) to Overland after a very poor experience with our current vet. No referrals to specialists and a wait for one week to diagnose his cancer after imaging was done. We were desperate to get the best care for Roger and knew our Vet Care Center was not delivering the same level of care they had given us in the past.
