Recently moved to the area and had to bring our little Sparky in for an emergency. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating, from the front reception to the doctor. They were able to take my dog in right away and the doctor explained to us exactly what was going on and what they needed to do and exactly what that looked like. One of the best experiences I've had with a vet! They got our Sparks back to normal and better than ever. Great experience and we'll definitely be coming back. I

I've been going here for over 10 years, since I had my first kitty (probably back in 2016?). We typically just went with "first available" vet available, but once we were paired with Dr. Natasha for our cats, we have only gone to her ever since. Dr. Natasha truly is the best! This is one of the best clinics in Los Angeles, the best doctors work here. They saved my beloved pet, Fatima, a 17-year-old cat. Other clinics said it was useless to treat her, but here they helped me, did everything possible, and saved my cat. I am very grateful to the doctors, the surgeon, and all the staff for your kindness, warmth in communication, and taking care of my beloved pet, thank you for your work with great respect and great gratitude! I have been going to this place for almost 30 years!! Dr Schwartz and DrForsyth were an institute!!! After Dr shwartz retired I still came to visit with my dog to see the amazing Dr Forsyth !! Not sure what happened but now he is not there anymore,,, I am going to miss this gentleman who was so professional and kind and super friendly!!! My dog and I are definitely going to miss that smiling face and his great knowledge !!! Hopefully he will be back!!

We've been coming to this clinic for years and they really take good care of our cat. The clinic is very clean and the staff is friendly, caring, and efficient. We always get seen quickly after we come in. They have several doctors and we've had good experience with them in general. Their hours are great - open 7 days and open early; convenient for working people. I feel their services are a bit pricy, but maybe the West LA prime location has something to do with it. The absolute best! Dr. Jones has treated my many animals for over 10 years.There is not a vet I trust more, however every vet in this practice is absolutley wonderful. The front desk is lovely, helpful and compassionate. I could not recommend this practice more- they totally care about your animals!!!!
