Really liked my experience with my vet. But the waiting area is chaotic and disorganized. And there is practically no parking.

I just had an exceptional experience with Dr. Park! Just moved from Massachusetts and my 12 year old yorkie needed care. Couldn't have asked for a better vet! Lola ended up needing surgery in which Dr. Park performed and saved her life. Dr. Park is very attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and really cares about the pets! The staff is great too! Highly recommend!
This place is fantastic. Dr. Forsythe is absolutely amazing, and the staff are extremely compassionate and caring. Many compliments and thanks for their outstanding services. Dr. Flanagan, the staff and the dental crew are the best and nicest people you could hope to entrust the care of your little ones with. We have been going every year since we got our cat and know he is getting the best of care. thank you OVC!
I'm a first time bunny owner and have two little 3-mo buns. Dr. Flanagan and Paige were the absolute highlights to our first vet trip. Dr. Flanagan is very knowledgeable, kind, and handled our bunnies very well. Paige is an absolute magician and guessed our bunny's weight before she even stepped on the scale. Thanks for making our first vet trip less nerve-wracking, both for us and the buns!
I am VERY disappointed in Overland Veterinary Clinic. I had been going to this veterinary clinic for MANY years until very recently. I had spent A LOT of money at this clinic because I love my cat, Herbie. There is a way to perform customer service at the front desk. Without mentioning any names, this clinic falls way short of treating customers correctly. There is such a lack of respect from one of the customer service reps at the front desk. Overprice , and they don't let you stay with your pet during treatment . My cat is always traumatized when ever we leave that place .

Absolutely horrible. I have been extremely frustrated with veterinarians lately and originally left Overland Veterinary Clinic to try out Modern Animal. Had an even worse experience there and after Overland reopened after flooding, etc., had a good experience with the new managing vet Dr. Sylvia Drekic when we saw her back in April. My pittie mix has been bleeding from his eyes for a few weeks, which is very concerning. Made a new patient appointment for my pup. Completed the paperwork ahead of time and arrived 15 min early as requested. Finally left 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time as I a) never received an update as to the delay; b) never saw or spoke to the vet; and c) never even left the waiting room. So all in all, we were waiting in the waiting room for our appointment for 45 minutes without ever receiving an update and without ever having our scheduled appointment.
