My dog always freaks out when he goes to the vet but the people at Overland always go above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. They work with him, not against him, and give him treats at the end. Definitely recommend !

Overall: If you want an average vet experience then come here. They've messed up several times and the only reason why we've returned is because Dr Schwartz, the owner of the practice, has reimbursed us $$$, given us his cell number for direct communication regarding our dogs' health, apologized plenty to make up for their mistakes; also, all experience with techs who actually work with our dogs has been good - it's the interaction with the front desk employees that has been a headache. These folks are incredible! The staff is loving and caring, and the vets are so knowledgeable, responsive, informative and reassuring. We have 6 pets in our family who are Overland vet patients! We recommended this business to happy family and friends. We love Dr. Flannigan A special note: today we had a scare with our new puppy Heartfelt thank you's to Yolanda and Dr. Lee for taking our call and addressing our concerns. Their Covid protocol is also great

To Dr. Flanagan and the entire "team Jasper" from our visit yesterday: Thank you so very much for your patience and accommodations for Jasper's annual visit yesterday. Both of our dogs love seeing Dr. Park! She is always thorough with all of our options, including the cost of individual items so we can make informed decisions and we are never surprised by the bill. The office staff is also helpful and responsive. Making appointments is easy, as is ordering treats or other things online. Also, each of the vet techs seems to love their job. Super impressed with how the clinic has continued to operate during the pandemic. Today, when I pulled into the lot, they had numbered the parking spots -- they're always thinking about how to streamline their care process to better serve pet owners/pets all the while keeping everyone safe. Overland vet clinic and Dr Schwartz are paramount professionals and make pet parents feel very calm and cared for. Dr Schwartz takes his time in explaining everything calmly and answers all questions until you understand exactly what's going on. And he follows up the same day and the next day for the to check on the pet patient. I have been coming to Overland Vet clinic for over 20 years. Now, in the middle of a pandemic, they do not disappoint! The staff is amazing! The system they have for taking care of my dog is incredible. I feel safe. I know my dog will be safe. And we can ALL stay healthy which is the most important thing. Thank you so much, especially to Lisa who is working her hardest along with the rest of the staff to improve systems for their patients!

Dr. Schwartz is truly such a gift to all his patients and their owners. I have been coming to Overland Clinic for almost a decade now and Dr. Schwartz never ceases to amaze me. He has been nothing but attentive, compassionate, and invested in the health of my fur baby.
