Staff are very friendly and welcoming! Amenities are fabulous and everything was consistently stocked. Very clean, beautiful and serene environment. My facial was amazing! Good by the pool was delicious too!
We absolutely loved the spa, amenities, and atmosphere. The massages were wonderful as well and added a fun break to our girls' weekend. The only critical feedback we have is one of the massage therapist (we believe female) was very communicative with the clients about preferences which made for a better experience, whereas the other massage therapist did not really ask or incorporate personal preference. I had the hot rock salt massage. Jennifer was great it was a wonderful experience.
The spa is beautiful, relaxing, and the staff was excellent from start to finish. We booked a couples massage, and my wife really enjoyed hers (4/5). Mine, however, was a little disappointing. The massage was much too gentle for my liking. I asked the therapist to use a bit more pressure, but it didn’t really change, so I never felt like I got the deeper massage I was hoping for. Had a great experience at this spa. The facility was very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially since they were able to fit me in on short notice. My therapist did an excellent job adjusting the pressure to my preference, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional service from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to others.
Been coming here for years, and it’s a great experience every time. Friendly, thorough, non judgmental, relaxed. Will be back.
