The spa was great! It was modern, well equipped and offered many treatment options. I chose a 90 min massage with Dawn and it was fabulous! I highly recommend the spa. Make sure to ask for Dawn if you are having a massage!
We spent 4 days at the Andaz Resort and I was able to enjoy 3 spa treatments including 2 massages and 1 facial. They were all amazing! The facial was incredible and Kerry was wonderful, she even massaged my arms and feet! It felt more like a full body massage than just a facial. The massages were also very relaxing and the masseuses really listened to my requests. I would highly recommend!
If you're seeking a more intimate experience whether alone or with a significant other, it's a great spa choice. The quaint spaces for lounging in private areas were nice such as by the Jacuzzi or pool. I enjoyed the quiet with less traffic as it was more secluded which I absolutely adored! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and smiles. Our whole experience was extremely relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. We rented a pool-side (adults only) cabana for the day and then had customized aromatherapy massages. Afterwards, we were able to use the personal saunas and showers. The facility is very calming and serene. The staff is amazing. We will definitely be going back!
I delighted in a facial and therapeutic massage by two of the most highly skilled providers I have ever experienced! The entire staff was so kind and accommodating. Can’t wait to return for another.time of self love and healing!
It was such a great experience! Kylie did a great job taking care of guests as they came in, but also poolside! When the lunch I ordered didn’t make it in time before my amazing massage with Mandy, sweet Kylie had it remade and it was waiting for me piping hot when I was done with my massage!! 10 out of 10 I would recommend this spa!
Beautiful setting, very clean and pleasant locker room area, super staff. The therapists were fantastic as was the front desk staff. The salt stone massage was truly top of the line, and the Swedish massage for my partner was perfect. We had a 2 hour experience that added reflexology to the 90 minute massage, and we both felt amazing afterward. We hope to return soon. Wonderful experience. Thank you!
Johnny did a great job with my spa treatment. Staff members were nice & knowledgeable. Lovely experience. Onlly suggestion is to improve snacks.
Lisa is the best massage therapist I have had in my life! She cares! She knows how to manage the kinks and issues of my aging body. We love her. Front desk staff are wonderful too!
