The receptionists wee were very pleasant and warm. Spa lay out was very convenient and serene
Had a great experience at this spa. The facility was very clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially since they were able to fit me in on short notice. My therapist did an excellent job adjusting the pressure to my preference, and the massage was exactly what I needed. Professional service from start to finish. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this spa to others.
Been coming here for years, and it’s a great experience every time. Friendly, thorough, non judgmental, relaxed. Will be back.

Daniel is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had; I've been going to her for years. She consistently provides the highest quality of work in deep tissue massages. Recently I pitched a nerve in my upper back and was in a great deal of pain. She did an excellent job, focused pressure to reach deep muscle layers, used hot stones, and intentional instruction. She really cared about the pain I was in, and I could not recommend her or the Palo Verde Spa more. Palo Verde Spa is a hidden gem in Scottsdale.

Dani at the Palo Verde Spa is a hidden gem. The massage was phenomenal from start to finish, perfectly tailored, incredibly relaxing, and exactly what you hope for at a luxury resort spa. She’s exceptionally talented and has a calming presence that instantly puts you at ease. Without exaggeration, I’d return to the Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows just for another treatment with her. One of the standout experiences of our trip. Can’t wait to come back.
