Took over 10 minutes per car to check in and it is by day, not 24 hour increments. We almost missed our flight due to extremely slow service...

Out of my way to use. Slow check in and departure process. Call for pickup is automated and too cumbersome. Too many stops by others flagging down our driver only to find out thay need Park n Jet Lot 1. Too much hassle for the little bit of savings!

The airport "taxes and fees" were $5 more than stated on the groupon that I purchased. When I pointed it out to the attendant that I was overcharged based on the quote I had in writing, he would not /could not honor the amount stated on my groupon agreement and charged me the higher amount. Park&Jet misrepresented the cost to park at their lot, and I won't be returning.

Charge by the amount of time customers are actually parked, not the calendar date. Instead of saving me money, this groupon cost me more than what I typically pay for airport parking - especially for an open air lot. I had a red eye departing at 10 pm, returned 52 hours later, and was charged for four days! I won't be back.

Same as #3. I don't think even with our Groupon there was any price point benefit to the costs.
