Great experience, we had a large group, had to call another shuttle which arrived in minutes. Return trip great, caught shuttle within 5 minutes of arriving at the Isand. Lot has nice appearance, felt safe leaving my vehicle there.

location hard to find as there is no sign on Des Moines Memorial Drive itself

They have the cars lines up and ready to load when you return to Park n Jet after your trip. That was very convient except I was a middle car and there were families in front and behind me. I was blocked for about 15 minutes which doesn't seem like much but at 10:30 PM and an hours drive to go home, it was irritating. Maybe leave a little more room between cars so those who are ready to go quickly can pull around those in front.

The process to return for the car was difficult. When we called the number for the shuttle, we were hung up on and fortunately happened to see and flag down the driver for the return trip. Once back to the car and ready to drive home, exiting the facility was difficult. Overall, the experience was positive but these issues need to be addressed.

Difficult to call, automated phone system, language barrier, lot seemed to be overbooked.

The only negative is that it is not super close to the airport.

NOT a deal at all.. when i reserved online it came to $50 with taxes. I purchased for $42 w/o taxes.. then they charged me an additional $20.. they didn't speak english.. plus it was too far from airport!
