The lot is far away and really inconvenient. They were a hassle to deal with. Coming back, the shuttle took forever! Will never use them again.

Thanks for making it easy to park. We were picked up at the airport with out a wait on our return home. We do not usually use parking lots, but this was a good deal with the groupon discount.

Terrible!! I will NEVER use Park'n'Jet again and will tell everyone I know how awful it was. First of all, I went to reserve my parking space online and found that the Groupon "deal" cost more than their "website deal". VERY disappointing! Then, when I arrived, I gave them my $42 Groupon for 7 days of parking (even though I only needed 6 of those days) and they tried to tell me it was good for only 3 days and that I'd need to pay an additional $30+ dollars. 10 minutes later (and after dealing with quite a bit of rudeness fro... read more

Your groupon is misleading. I paid a total of $18 for the 3 day deal + another 28.50 for 1extra day and "airport fees" and found out from the guy on the shuttle that your standard rate was 5 bucks a day... I feel ripped off and will choose a diff parking place next time. Overall this was a complete fail from service to pick up time. Please don't go through groupon again and false advertise like you did.

When we returned from our trip we called them so they could get our car ready and to get a van. No one answered the phone. It's 10:30 at night. Where are the people working there?? We waited hoping a van would come along. When we did get a van we told the driver no one had answered so we gave him our ticket so he could alert them, everyone else on the van said no one answered when they called either. This is not what you want to hear at 10:30 at night. And are these the kind of place you want to park your car.

. When I drove up the lot appeared to be deserted, the lighting was bad and I didn’t feel comfortable. It took a few minutes for some one to come forward from within the lot. I expected them to take my car and park it, but was asked to park it myself then walk back to the building. When I picked up the car and followed the exit sign only to be stuck behind the building at a gate that didn’t open.
