Make your instructions more clear upon returning to SeaTac. The phone number on the receipt was incorrect and with background noise I could not hear instructions when calling to speak with an agent. Also, as a senior with a hearing loss, it would be helpful if the agent answering the phone did not speak quickly with a thick foreign accent.

It was very upsetting to call for a shuttle and for you to fill it up with people who had not even called ahead, leaving our family waiting at the outside stop, assuring us you would be back in 10 minutes. You made us wait an additional half hour on a Sunday night traveling with 3 kids. We were very unhappy with the slow service dropping off and the lack of consideration picking up.

I thought your staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I would never recommend then to friends nor would i ever use their service again. I had a key chain that I have had for years (metal) amd somehow it was in two pieces when I returned for my keys. How does that happen? When asked what happened to it they said I brought it to them that way! You shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

Drivers were not polite and it was a long wait from the time we phoned to say our plane arrived until we were pick-up.

The parking was fine but I checked online and could have parked cheaper without the Groupon. $7.00 cheaper.

Very unorganized from the moment of check-in to the airport pick-up. Told me I could not use my 3 day Groupon for only 2 days. Then, at pick-up, the automated system was not working correctly. I called to speak to an operator, had I not, I may have waited hours expecting a pick-up.

Please have adequate staffing for the groupon. Having only 1 check in person, 1 shuttle bus made things go slowly. I almost missed my flight due to the delay.
