phone system does not always work. I called from the airport three times before getting thru to the system that I was ready to be picked up.

It's more out of the way. It would have been nice to have dropped us off by our car when returning rather than making us walk up hill with our luggage. All other park and rides have that expected courtesy. I think they only had one shuttle.

Better communications between them and customers waiting for the bus at Sea-Tac, Customers And myself didn't know what bus to take.As they have bus 1 & bus 2

It took 20 minutes after call fro van to come

The van took a long time to arrive. We got to the parking lot only to discover that they had lost our keys (as well as the gentleman's behind us). We were also charged too much for the two extra days we added on to the week-long Groupon. Also, too far from the airport.
