They had just opened, and were not well organized, nor friendly.

Groupon rate is the same as on line rate. The "discount" was false. I was taxed at regular rate so my total was more than if I purchased the parking on line.

It states the lot is secure but the front is open so anyone can walk in. The price stated to me before redeeming my groupon was actually less than the groupon price and then they added something else at the end so I ended up spending more than I thought but did not talk about it then since we were in a hurry to get to the airport. I have not looked into it since getting back due to illness.

I gave them my feedback and they tried to convince me of all the reasons they Were better than master park - no comparison! Very poor service

Staff was unprofessional. They didn't know what to do with the Groupon and were rude about it. I lost my ticket when I was travelling and it was a total hassle to try and get my car.
