If you love your pet(s) do not step foot into this place. My wife and I started bringing our cat and dog here mostly because of the proximity to where we live and they seemed to do a good job. Boy were we mistaken. Our cat is elderly and overweight. Because of her being over weight it is difficult for her to cleaner backside so we started bringing her hear to get groomed and cleaned up a bit every 8 weeks or so. I took my dog here about a month ago because one side of her head had caved in and we believed she had a brain tumor. we were distraught over it considering we've had my golden for the past 9 going on 10 years, and yes they only live till 10ish.
