CONSIDER THIS A WARNING!!! We have been with this company for years, things have NEVER been this bad. They no longer call on SCHEDULED payroll days, therefore we have to call, sit on hold for an hour, and deal with someone who has never seen the account and PRAY our employees checks are correct. Please do your research. I wish we did.

Horrible service. No one ever answers the phone or returns calls. email address given was wrong. every time I make a payment I am told there is another balance due. On the phone with them for an hour and half called corporate no help transferred me again. I need to do W2s and need information from them. I have been calling for a month now *** filing is going to be late. I will never use or recommend paychex to any business associate.

I paid to have my *** filed and a WT7 completed. I was told they were sent out. They weren't. After a number of emails, including management, I finally got a paper copy. They filed the WT7 without attaching the W2s which resulted in it not being processed and a lien filed.

Why isn't Zero on here? They are the worst company. I have been dealing with them and the issue since October 2025, and we are now in February 2026. They are horrible at returning calls or emails. Our issue is still not resolved. I keep getting that I will have an answer by the end of the day or the next day and no one calls back. No portal as promised for the staff to set up benefits. If I could give this company a 0, I would. Please don't tell me to call the support center to resolve my problem because every time I call, ***** is able to help me and I always get the run around. In August 2025, I notified ****** that my business was no longer operating as an ************** which meant that Louisiana unemployment taxes were no longer required to be filed. They are the worst. I cancelled the service because it cost way to much. Then they say I never cancelled my service and billede for there non service every month. You can't cancel the service because they never get back to you to cancel. This has been an ongoing problem for the past few months for me. Now we see if I can get any money back. Ive had an extremely disappointing experience with Paycor. Urgent payroll issues routinely take weeks to resolve, which is unacceptable when employees pay is on the line. **************** is consistently poor, with long wait times just to speak to someone, and there are no dedicated account representatives to provide continuity or accountability.The onboarding process was inadequate, and the system was not set up correctly from the start. I can not in good faith recommend Paychex to anyone! We hired their company for their payroll services, human resources partnership, and the retirement 401k services for our 5 businesses back in February 2025 and it has been an absolute train wreck! From implementation to ending our contract with them!
