They did not do me any good. I never received the card with my name on it until other one got misplaced So that card was the one used and they are not very good business

The company I work for uses for payroll and our *** account. I filed for reimbursement on my fsa card March 8th. Uploaded receipts and it was approved and paid, withdrawn from my account. A week and a half later still no word or money arrived. Was told by phone representative that a check was not mailed to me bc address input with apt # on same line as street and company admin needs to call and fix. I strongly advise other businesses to avoid Paycor.During onboarding, I was explicitly told, both verbally and in writing, that Paycor would handle my taxes and workers compensation so I could focus on running my business. I confirmed this multiple times and was repeatedly told everything was all set. This was not true.Paycor failed to run my taxes, and I only discovered the issue after receiving a notice from the state. Paychex is a bad company who has terrible customer service and refuses to corrected w -2 form. They issued me the wrong W -2 at the beginning of the year. They sent out another one which was still wrong. Now they have stopped all communication with me regarding this simple matter of correction I would go somewhere else for my payroll services I have 7 people involved in a simple process and nobody communicates with me in order to get this problem resolved. Terrible Support and NO service. I am not sure how such a firm can be in business. Charged annual fees even though we were promised we will NEVER be charged that when we signed up. They are only good at SELLING ALL KINDs of additional junk other than what we expected of them (payroll). Glad we still have a few ADP payrolls and working to migrate the rest of the 8 payrolls to ADP. We operate in a few states but Paychex is the ONLY vendor among 400+ vendors which still is unable to communicate with us through our office email ... read more

We have been extremely disappointed with our experience using Paycor for EDI benefits feeds. The setup took nearly five months and cost $1,500, which meant half of our benefit year was already over before anything was even working. That completely defeats the purpose of having an automated feed in the first place.What has been most frustrating is that customer service has no ability to actually help or escalate the issue. Absolutely horrible. I cancelled my account 3 months ago and they are still withdrawing from my account. They didn't tell me I had to cancel 401k and workers comp separately. Not transparent about costs. And customer service will make you want to stab yourself in the eye. Every department keeps you on hold for 20 minutes just to say they can't help you and you need someone else...seriously wasting my life. NEVER EVER AGAIN. TELL EVERYONE TO STEER CLEAR!
