If I could leave zero stars I would! ******** customer service, payroll was canceled for no reason, no one has answers and they keep deducting money from my account. They tell you to email them yet it takes days upon days for a response and customer service tells you the complete opposite of what my ***** says. Far too expensive for such a lack of service! Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

We used Paychex ******************* to pay our nanny. When it was time to move our little one into preschool, we cancelled our payroll service and apparently checked the wrong box and rather than helping us to file year end taxes, they completely nuked our account. I can't login to get relevant documents. It's like they assume a customer that cancels their service will never come back. Maybe they're onto something. We stopped using Paycor and they still charged for services. They received money for services not rendered.

I work in a small deli in ****** ga. *********** use Paychex flex for payroll. I went in on the 20th to change my banking information and the app at first let me update my banking information in English. On 5/21/26 the the English version was removed and replaced with Spanish version. I am a African American so I would never sign my information in Spanish. My experience with Paychex has been an absolute nightmare. Customer support is practically nonexistent, and what should have been a simple issue turned into months and months of pointless emails. Every response comes from a different person or department, and the answers constantly contradict each other. Absolutely terrible service! I have been trying to take a personal loan from my 401K for two months! Finally they emailed me the application due to system errors and the option not being available on their website. They told me that once I filled out and faxed back the application they would escalate it and I would have my payment within that week.
