Terrible customer service. I have tried to reach ******************** multiple times for issues with our 401K and a separate issue with Outstanding Tax Liabilities, which are time sensitive. Getting no response other than to be told to use the "Chat Bot" online or to resend reports that I have already sent several times. Or if I do get a call it is from someone that hasn't any idea what they are doing!! I have ADP coming in this week to discuss changing all our services to them.

Never use Paychex for your corporation services and if you do DO NOT SET A 401K. My payroll services fees increased every year although this can be normal with economy and inflation. Like I said, never create a 401k account with them. I first closed my payroll services because of the fees when it a small corporation with only me as employee. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My seven-month experience with this payroll provider has been nothing short of a nightmare. My payroll was set up to allow me to submit a timesheet every week, yet nearly every week there were errors.I have worked with several payroll specialists, and not one has been able to get my payroll processed correctly. You can't not put a star so 1 it is. Young business, first time managing payroll. I've had the worst experience with a company, and I had **** I have repeatedly requested a supervisor to resolve issues, and have not received any communication from management. *******. I dont understand how they have an A+ rating. Do not waste your time on a loan herego to your bank instead. It takes months to transfer the funds. Immediate approval, you might receive funds after payment due date. Can we hire one English speaking employee?

Incompetent. I never like leaving bad reviews but over the years in working with Paychex, I wouldn't want anyone else to have to deal with them in the way I had to. They were great when our company first hired them but something changed. We only have two full-time employees and every submission of payroll reporting has many errors. I'm not sure how that happens since nothing changes in the reporting--****** and ***** maybe? Trust me, you do not want the headache. If I could choose no star, I would.

Awful. Took all our 401k money, deleted our retirement accounts and will not allow employees access or tell us where the money went. Next step will be filing a complaint with the *** for misappropriation of funds. Do not use these guys.
